COVID-19 Emergency Relief Program Application

This application applies to eligible Montgomery County Veterans who have lost their source of income due to their employers having to close/reduce their business due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  

Please follow the guidelines to submit for relief.  Applications and supporting documents can be left with our receptionist at the Montgomery County Veterans Service Commission, placed in the drop box to the left of our lobby door, or mailed to Montgomery County Veterans Service Commission, 627 Edwin C. Moses, Blvd., 4th Floor,  East Medical Plaza, Dayton, OH 45417.
