DAYTON, Ohio — Ohio is a state full of proud veterans of the United States military. Some of them continue their careers after retiring from active duty to serve other veterans. For Kimberly Frisco, that’s exactly what she has done for years — and now she’s being honored by being inducted into the Ohio Veterans Hall of Fame.
