| | VA Improves the Experience with Contact Centers | VA is migrating all of its call centers to a new cloud based platform that VA says will increase efficiency while improving service. So far, the Women Veterans Call Center and the Office of Inspector General Call Contact Call Center have completed the migration while all other VA call centers are expected to make the transition in the near future.
According to VA, the "new cloud platform's flexibility and AI-driven analytics allow VA to adapt instantly to Veterans' needs, from surges in Veteran outreach around benefits claims to national crises." | | | |
